Gathering Opportunities: As we read Treasures in the Dark, we are offering four gatherings to discuss how God is speaking to us through the devotional and connect with one another - you can attend as many or as few as you like.
This is an excellent opportunity to invite someone wondering “Is God at work in my life? Is he near me? Is there any point to my suffering and any hope for change?“
Treasures in the Dark will guide you as you:
find grace for the heartbreak of unmet expectations;
explore the surprising intersectizon of pain and purpose;
wholeheartedly embrace the life you never imagined living with perseverance and joy; and
recognize how your healing can be a part of the world's healing

How much is a book and where do I pick it up?
$13 - available for pickup at the women’s desk at both campuses beginning May 1
How do we communicate with other women reading the devotional?
We will have 4 gathering opportunities… you can go to as many or few as you would like. Connect and discuss what God is teaching during this season of Jesus Through the Summer. We will also offer some thoughts on social media and give you a chance to share your takeaways.
What gatherings are being offered?
Gatherings will be listed above as they are scheduled. We will also send an email to everyone who purchases the book from us with RSVP options.
Do I have to attend the gatherings to do the devotions?
Absolutely not. The gatherings are an opportunity not an obligation. They are offered to bless you not burden you. If it fits your schedule and provides value to your personal walk with the Lord, we hope you’ll participate. If you will be better served by not adding something else to your calendar, we encourage you to do what will facilitate loving union with Jesus.
Do I have to do the devotionals to attend the gatherings?
Strongly encouraged, but if someone wants to invite a friend, we will not turn them away… inviting is ALWAYS the right call.
How do I sign up to attend one or more of the gatherings?
Please use the form below. We will also email out the gathering information and provide instructions to RSVP. This will be recommended so we can be sure to have enough seating for everyone.
Can I still participate if I get behind on the devotions?
100%...every gathering will be a time to share one or 2 things God has taught you through the devotional, no matter how far you are into the devotional. No one has to know where you are in the devotional because your nugget may be in the first day or 2, and someone else’s may be something from day 23 or day 45. No matter where you are in the devotional, you are welcome to join.
Do I have to do the devotions in the morning?
Only if that’s the time that works best for your schedule. I’m so grateful that God is available and eager to meet with us any time of the day!
What if I would like to dig deeper into the scripture of the day?
Yay! This devotional works for you too! There is a short devotional every day but there are also additional Scriptures you can dig into if you want more.
