A Fiber Arts Ministry
Mission statement
Stitches of Love serves the community through the blessings of baby blankets and preemie hats, prayer blankets, washcloths for the homeless, Knitted Knockers, chemo caps, and other creations. This ministry is open to crafters of all skill levels, and we are always willing to teach a new skill to anyone interested.
Since 2023, Stitches of Love has continued to bless our Huntsville and Madison communities through handcrafted care. To date, we’ve distributed nearly 200 Knitted and Crocheted Knockers to CCI, Crestwood Cancer Center, and HH Breast Center. In March 2025, we also became an official state provider—already sending out over 65 sets since then!
We’ve also shared handmade love through donations of:
Washcloths and winter hats to Shower Up! Huntsville
Preemie and Santa hats to the HH NICU
Baby items to the Pregnancy Resource Center
Handmade blankets for every new baby at Madison Preschool Ministry
MONTHLY Meeting Times:
1st Saturday @ south huntsville library 9:30-11:30am
2nd THURSday @ Madison Campus 6-8pm
3rd Monday @ Huntsville Campus 10am-12pm
